Dear parents,
I was told that you respond to this topic best when it is in the form of a letter.
So here you go.

Ya' know how we've been campaigning for a new addition to the family?
One who might look something like this:
We'll take a younger one- a year and a half sounds about right.
It would be fun to have a baby sister that's actually a baby.
Mei Mei is getting a little big to carry around all the time.

We could use another Asian munchkin running around.
Though really we'd take 'em no matter what they looked like.
Really. You pick the country- we'll take the baby.

We like the dark eyes, dark skin and black hair.
The blue eyes/brown eyes scale is a little off balance.
Blue: 5
Brown: 1
We should really get that fixed.

At the rate we're going we'll never catch up to the Duggars!
But we'll settle for a family of 7.

You're youngest is FIVE- almost SIX!
And let's face it, people- you're not getting any younger.
;)

And need I remind you how long you have until I'm out of the house?
I'm gonna need a replacement!

Think of the poor little children in China:(
Did y'all know there are 147 MILLION orphans?
Yah, I'm pretty sure you did.

And who wouldn't want to be a part of our crazy family?

So come on, share the love.
I'll even help with the paperwork and the cooking and cleaning and laundry and I'll share a room with the sisters and I'll cut coupons and help with the schooling and I'll babysit.
For free.
Yep, I knew you'd like the free babysitting.
So now that you're sold-
go get us another china baby (or any other kind of baby- we don't care!)
please?:)
love
your favorite-est oldest daughter of soon-to-be five kids

What a sales pitch! You sold me - I think I'll adopt
an Asian child! :) How could your parents resist all those promises - and I'm sure the siblings would have a long list of ways they could help, too. Be patient, Megan, before you even know it, you will be married and adopting your own family - and what a wonderful Mother you will be! Grma KK
