The person has to have been FULLY submerged (wet hair) and it has to be in the month of January. Why $3.00? Three has always been my favorite number. Don't you wish my favorite number was 100? Then it might be worth it!
Love the latest update of the party and the pictures of Maddie and Ben "thinking" about diving into the pool. I will let Mrs. Kelly get in trouble with your Mom for her suggestion of jumping in the pool but it would be pretty neat. I really did not say that did I. Let Mrs Kelly be the one to get in trouble.
