Nana Leaves/Babysitting Job/Log Mansion

Today, Nana left at 8:00 am this morning. We had so much fun with her. We went to the library, played the famous "Beauty Shop" game, went to Game Stop, and made delicious banana bread! Today I also have a babysitting job for my violin teacher's daughter, Emily. She is so cute! I will babysit for an hour or two, then I will have my lesson. I will start doing this every Wednesday!
Last night, Ben and I decided to build a log house out of Lincoln Logs (Is that really how you spell it?) But then it turned out to be a MANSION! Then, we gave it a playground, a mini- golf course, and a gated backyard. (The golf-course was built with a little marble kit). I would love to live in this house!

I've made a house out of Lincoln Logs before, but it wasn't nearly that big! That must have taken a long time to put together!

I miss all of you. We really had a lot of fun during the week I was there. It was awesome to get to be a part of your home school experience and other activities and the Labor Day picnic with special friends. Also, I loved the time I had with all of you with just you and Ben and Maddie and Mei Lynn while Mom and Dad had their special anniverary time. I think we should plan for that every year for them. Don't you?
